Circle Calls for Independent Review of City Big Box Study
In November 2003, the City of Austin Commissioned
Texas Perspectives, Inc. to produce a study on the economic
impacts of big-box development in Austin. The study, which
was released in late June 2004, fell short of the mark on
several critical counts. Full Circle has enlisted several
local and national experts to conduct an independent review
of the findings.
